Shipping & Delivery
Old things. Carefully delivered.
Green Pirogue ships antique objects and reclaimed architectural materials to projects throughout the United States. From a single antique door to pallets of reclaimed stone, we coordinate the appropriate packing and transportation for each piece.
Every object is different. We treat its journey that way.
How It Works
01 — Purchase
Many pieces can be purchased directly through our website. For larger quantities, project materials or items requiring specialized delivery, contact us and we'll help coordinate the details before purchase.
02 — Prepare
Antique materials weren't designed for modern shipping networks. We carefully prepare each order based on its size, weight, material and destination.
Depending on the piece, this may include protective wrapping, palletizing, crating or other specialized preparation.
03 — Coordinate
We determine the appropriate way to get your order where it needs to go. Smaller objects may travel by standard parcel service, while doors, mantels, stone, flooring and other architectural materials typically require freight or specialized delivery.
We'll coordinate the logistics and provide the information you need along the way.
04 — Deliver
Orders can be delivered throughout the United States to residences, businesses, receiving warehouses and project sites.
For larger shipments, we'll help you understand what to expect at delivery and any receiving requirements your project team should plan for.
From a Single Piece to an Entire Project
Shipping an antique door is different from moving several pallets of reclaimed stone.
For larger orders and whole-project sourcing, Green Pirogue can work directly with your designer, architect, builder or receiving warehouse to coordinate quantities, packing and delivery.
If you're sourcing materials for an upcoming project, tell us what you're working on.

Local Pickup & Delivery
Orders may also be picked up from Green Pirogue in Baton Rouge. Local and regional delivery may be available depending on the size of the order and destination.
Contact us before pickup for larger architectural materials so we can help make sure your vehicle or trailer is appropriate for the piece.
Receiving Your Order
Antique and reclaimed materials often require a little more consideration than conventional products. Larger freight shipments may require appropriate access, equipment or additional help at the destination.
We'll communicate any known receiving requirements before shipment so you and your project team can be prepared.
