We do not offer refunds or returns on antique architectural items.

Many of our products have lived many lives and have their own unique character. If you are unsure of an item before purchasing online, we invite you to come see it in person before purchasing.

 

In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us with a description of event and relating pictures to info@greenpirogue.com.

 

Items not picked up from our warehouse within 30 days will be returned to the store inventory for resale without a refund to the client.
