Shipping policy

Pickup

Our hours for pickup are the same as our standard business hours. Please give us a call before you arrive, and we will have your items ready.

-          Please provide 24-hour notice for larger items

-          Select “pick-up” at time of purchase

 

Storage

We offer a grace period of 30 days to pick up items. Items not picked up from our warehouse within 30 days will be returned to the store inventory for resale without a refund to the client. We will reach out at this point to discuss further arrangements.

 

Our prices do not reflect shipping costs. However, we are more than happy to ship your item for a quoted fee through our trusted network of shipping carriers.

 

Local Delivery

For a flat fee of $99, we will happily deliver your purchase within 50 miles of our warehouse.

 

Small Items (Small Parcel)

Small items typically will ship out within 4-5 business days. You will receive a fulfillment email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.

 

Freight Shipping (LTL Freight)

For larger items that cannot be shipped using small parcel, we use LTL freight. We use a third-party shipping company to create custom shipping solutions for each individual order. Depending on your location, you may be contacted to schedule your delivery. Each individual purchase will be quoted (freight cost is typically 15-20% of the items value)
